Guglielmo Berchicci

Guglielmo Berchicci, lives and works in Milan. He opened his own studio in 1986 and since then he has participated in the most interesting italian and foreign design exhibitions. From the beginning he focused on lighting. His first works in 1987 are transformations of recyclable materials into luminous objects. His works are sometimes characterized by a strong formal expressiveness halfway between artistic expression and design, sometimes he focuses on a more subtle and conceptual research linked to the form / function or to intellectual references linked to past and contemporary history. His works are always characterized by the research of the design expressive language.
